Business and services
We sell paid adult vocational training: live AI coding workshops (in person in Singapore and online). Price is shown on each booking page (SGD). Live workshops include a stated amount of AI tokens. We do not sell physical goods, K–12 tutoring, or financial / investment courses.
We also sell self-paced project modules. Each paid module is SGD 99, paid once, with six English-language lessons. Live instruction and AI usage credits are not included.

AI delivery retainers and 30-day POCs are billed under a signed quotation, not this page. This policy covers Learn course checkout only.

Self-paced module refunds
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed any lesson in this module.
Completion means a lesson check and evidence were successfully saved to your account. Reading a lesson or downloading starter files alone does not count.
Email qa@example.com from the address used for purchase. Include the module name and receipt. Refund requests are handled manually.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Live workshop refunds
- Cancel 48 hours or more before the session start: full refund of the amount you paid, back to the original payment method (PayNow, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or other methods shown at checkout).
- Cancel less than 48 hours before start: we move you to another session with a free seat if one exists. If we cannot, we refund at our discretion.
- If we cancel or reschedule a session, you get a full refund or a free transfer — your choice.
- After a session has started, that lesson is not refunded.
- Duplicate or failed charges are refunded in full.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. Stripe refunds to WeChat Pay are allowed up to 180 days after the payment; Alipay refunds up to 90 days. Bank or wallet posting can take a few business days.
- Referral or buddy credit used on the booking is returned to your Learn account, not as cash.
Cancellation policy
Contact the test-support address above to cancel or move a booking. Say the class date and the email you paid with. We confirm by email. Seats are limited; a move depends on a free seat in the new session.
How to request a refund
Write to qa@example.com from the email on the booking. Include the session and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt. We aim to reply within two Singapore business days and to send approved refunds within ten.
